Trades For June 30th
- Sources have reported that the Edmonton Oilers have acquired defenseman Lubomir Visnovsky in exchange for forward Jarret Stoll and D-man Matt Greene.
- The Minnesota Wild have trade the rights of Brian Rolston to the Tampa Bay Lightning for a conditional 2009 or 2010 draft pick.
Signings For June 30th
- The Florida Panthers have re-signed forward Rostilav Olesz to six year contract which is an overall amount of $18.75 million, which would give him $3.125 million each season.
- The Colorado Avalanche have re-signed defencemen Adam Foote and John-Michael Liles who were both eligible on July 1st for Free Agency.
- The Tampa Bay Lightning have officially signed Gary Roberts to a one-year contract for $1.25 million contract. If he achieves all of his bonus’s he could earn up to $2.07
Andrew Ladd Re-signs With Blackhawks
The Chicago Blackhawks have released today that they have resigned forward Andrew Ladd to a two year contract. Contract terms are yet to be disclosed, but will be updated when they are reviled.
Rangers Info: I think that Ladd will really help the Hawks this season. After be acquired from the Carolina Hurricanes, he recorded 14 goals, 16 assists, for a total of 30 points last season.
